Explaining the path of my work is complex and easy at the same time… we can say that because of my training and my mentality, I am “pluridisciplinary”, I am very interested in experimenting, studying, analysing my work, but often the first step is practically spontaneous. The analysis almost always comes later, sometimes even years later. The “why” of a creation is rarely obvious.
I recognise myself a little in artists like Brancusi or Isamu Noguchi. The latter because of his great openness towards sculpture, furniture, landscape architecture… During my school studies, I was always looking for technical perfection until I reached Fine Arts where perfection was also sought, but in other senses. Open-mindedness, new horizons, abstraction… therefore, my path is very diverse and because it is my mentality as well.
